We collect and store personal informatioon about our customers by phone, email, text, Whatsapp, website comments and Facebook Chat as a means of carrying out normal business correspondence and providing you with the services you have requested.  This may include your name, address ,contact phone or email and transaction information required for the purpose of delivering our serices.

You have the right to request what information we hold about you, how we process it and the right to remove consent on use of your info at any time (though any processing up until that point you withdraw consent will still stand).

We may also use it for legitimite reasons including detecting fraud and fufilling any other Legal requirement.

We may take pictures of our work before and after completion for the purposes of helping to promote and market our business online and in Social Media.  However we will never do this in a way which personally identifies anyone without them agreeing to be first.

All content on our site has been provided for the purposes of information about us, our services and how to get in touch with us. 

You agree to only use our site for lawful purposes and not to misuse any portion (inc images) for any unlawful or other purpose which could cause harm to our business, employees or our customers.  We reserve the right to change our website deisgn, features and content at any time without prior notice.

Please note a few of our T's & C's so's everyone is clear on how we do things.

  1) Payment is due when the work is returned.

  2) Whilst every possible care is taken, we cannot guarantee the safety of:

      i)Glass or mirrors.

      ii)Veneers or plywood.

  Hence we are not obliged to provide any refund should these get damaged during the stripping        process however, usually there is little risk involved and we do our best to ensure the safest possible care is taken.

  3) If the item has been previously stripped, there is no guarantee that all paint will be removed from the grain.

  4) Some priming stains do not respond to the chemical treatment process.
 

  5) Anything left longer than 3 months will be sold to cover costs.

 if contacting us through our contact form or via e-mail please provide a few photos and dimensions if you can to enable us to give you the most prompt response.

 For internal doors, all hooks should be off and preferably handles aswell (though if you have trouble with this you can leave them on).  Hinges & Internal locks can be left on but doors should be unhung ready for collection.

 If you are in a tenament or multi-storey building your items can be collected if they are brought down to atleast the first floor, ideally ground floor due to COVID-19 Restrictions in certain areas.
